Born in Baroda, Gujarat in 1962. He did his Diploma in painting from C.N. College of Fine Arts, Ahmedabad in 1987 and Post-Diploma in painting from the M.S. University of Baroda in 1989. He worked for two years under the guidance of Smt. Rekha Radwitttiya from 1990-91. 

He has executed mosaic murals at the Desai Sanskar Kendra, Nadiad on 16’ x 30’ walls and on ceiling of 28’ x 28’ at DDIT, Nadiad.  He has also done a sculpture installed at the Ahmedabad Management Association. He has held many solo shows and participated in group shows both in India and abroad. He has won many prizes. These include Award from Navdeep Sanskruti Pratishthan, Gujarat in 1990 and Charles Wallace India Trust Residence Award – London in 2003. He has participated in many group shows organized at Sarjan Art Gallery, Baroda.
